Mini Apple Muffins
Anyone who loves baked apples will love these mini muffins. With one bite in the mouth they taste really delicious thanks to apples and cinnamon.
Ingredients for 24 mini-muffins:
2 eggs
100 g of sugar
80 ml of oil
150 g of flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150 g apple cubes
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
almonds
Preparation:
Melt butter in a pan and add the apple cubes. Season with brown sugar and cinnamon and simmer for approx. 4-5 minutes until the apple pieces have softened.
Beat eggs with sugar until foamy. Add vanilla sugar and oil and stir. Mix the flour with baking powder and mix in well.
Add the apples to the dough and mix carefully.
Cut 8x8 cm squares out of Blechrein Black. Cover muffin moulds with the squares and pour in the dough.
Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
