Christmas All Spice Cake
This succulent all spices cake promises Christmas indulgence, leaving a seductive scent in the kitchen and tasting heavenly of cinnamon and gingerbread.
Ingredients for a box shape:
4 eggs
300 g of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150 ml of oil
250 ml of water
325 g of flour
1 packet of baking soda
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp gingerbread spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add oil and water and stir well.
Mix flour with baking powder and stir in portion wise. Mix the cocoa, gingerbread spice and cinnamon and stir in as well.
Heat the oven to 160 °C.
Lay out a box tin with Blechrein Winter and pour in the dough carefully.
Bake cakes for 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with chocolate icing.
