Quick Parmesan Bread
This delicious Parmesan bread from the Italian region Umbria is baked without yeast and is therefore quickly baked within an hour and smells deliciously. A real treat for all Parmesan lovers.
Ingredients for 1 Bread:
300 g ( 2 ½ cups) wheat flour type 00
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tsp salt
125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
1 tbsp olive oil
50 g (1/4 cup) of butter
60 g (1/2 cup and 2 tsp) of freshly grated Parmesan
2 eggs
Italian herbs
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F).
- Stir butter and eggs until creamy. Add milk and Parmesan.
- Mix the flour with baking powder and salt and stir in until the dough is soft and sticky dough.

Line a springform tin with Blechrein Nature and fill in the dough. Cut the dough in triangles or as you like to break off pieces later more simply.

Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs.
- Bake Parmesan bread for about 20-25 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
