Plum Crumble

Juicy plums are paired with crunchy cinnamon crumbles for this delicious dessert. An absolute culinary dream and thanks to Blechrein Fruits a foolproof and clean affair.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

20 plums

60 g of butter

50g sugar

75 g of flour

1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:

Stone plums, cut into quarters and place in a casserole dish covered with Blechrein Fruits.

Combine the remaining ingredients into crumbles and spread on the plums.

Bake crumble in the oven for about 25 minutes until the plums are soft and the crumbles are golden brown.
