Strawberry Crumb Cake

The sweet and beloved fruits are really delicious in this juicy and quickly made cake with crumbles. That is how we love to enjoy the strawberry season!
Ingredients:
320 g butter
300 g of sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
5 eggs
500g flour
1 packet of baking soda
500 g strawberries
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
For the dough mix 200g butter, 200g sugar and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar until creamy and add eggs one at a time.
Mix 300g flour and baking powder and stir in. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with Blechrein Fruits.
Wash strawberries, pat dry, clean and quarter. Distribute evenly on the dough.
Mix remaining flour (200 g) with 120 g butter, 100 g sugar and 1 packet vanilla sugar to coarse crumbs and spread on the strawberry.
Bake cakes in oven 25-30 minutes.
