Roasted Carrots with Feta Cheese
Roasted oven carrots with an oriental touch light up the sun on our beautiful Blechrein Summer and give this dish a summery, happy atmosphere. A treat for the palate and the senses!
Ingredients for 2 persons:
300g carrots
100g feta
1 handful of parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
Preparation:
Peel carrots and cut into sticks. Mix olive oil with honey and cumin and mix with the carrots.
Lay out a tin or casserole dish with Blechrein Summer and spread the carrots on it. Roast in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley, crumble the feta cheese and spread over the carrots.
